AbilityPool’s Goodness Store makes NGO products accessible, facilitating donations while supporting companies in giving meaningful rewards to their employees. This store integrates social responsibility processes into corporate special occasions while digitizing donation and reward management. Additionally, with the automatic social impact reports generated at the end of volunteer projects, both companies and NGOs can measure the results of their activities in a goal-oriented manner. 4. Why Should I Join Projects Through AbilityPool?

When you join projects through AbilityPool, your volunteer experiences are automatically tracked. In addition, you have the opportunity to meet other volunteers with similar project interests, get in touch with the project leader, and stay informed about new projects through weekly shared social responsibility projects.

5. How Do I Apply for a Project?

After logging into AbilityPool, you can click on a project with an active application status in the projects section and apply by clicking the “Join the Team” button on the project page.

6. What is the Difference Between the Project Start Date and the Application Date?

The project application date indicates the time period during which you can apply to join the team, while the project start date refers to when the project will commence.

7. How Can I View Projects with an Active Application Status?

You can view projects with active application status by using the filtering option on the “My Projects” page.

8. I Clicked 'Join the Team'. What Happens Next?

Once you click the “Join the Team” button, your application is submitted. The project manager will contact you as soon as possible with the outcome of your application and project details. After your application is approved, remember to perform check-in and check-out!

9. What is Check-In and Check-Out?

Once your application is approved, check-in on the day you begin volunteering and check-out on the day you finish, so that your total volunteer hours can be calculated. After your application is approved, you can follow the link provided in the email or use the button on the project page to check in and check out.

10. How Frequently Are Projects Shared?

Our platform shares at least three and at most six projects every week.

11. Can I Join as Many Projects as I Want Through AbilityPool?

Yes, you can easily join as many projects as you want.

12. What Are Badges and How Do I Earn Them?

There are a total of six badges available on AbilityPool, which can be earned in different ways.

• Project Enthusiast Badge – Earned when you review more than 5 projects each month over the last 3 months (you must remain on the page for more than 30 seconds).
• Diligent Volunteer Badge – Earned when you volunteer for more than 4 hours within the last 3 months.
• Campaign Volunteer Badge – Earned when you invite 1 person to a project within the last 3 months.
• Talented Volunteer Badge – Earned when you support with more than one skill or competency within the last 3 months.
• Active Volunteer Badge – Earned when you participate in more than one project within the last 3 months.
• For volunteers who complete all the badges, donations are made in the name of the NGO of their choice after contacting them.

13. What Does the Volunteer Hour Displayed on the Project Page Represent?

The volunteer hour displayed on the project page indicates the total average volunteer time expected to be accumulated throughout the project.

14. How Can I Edit My Profile?

After logging into AbilityPool, you can update your information by using the account settings under “My Profile” from the user button located at the top right.

15. How Can I Add Skills?

After logging into AbilityPool, click on the “My Skills” option under the user button where your name appears at the top right to add and edit your skills.

16. Where Can I View the Projects I Have Joined?

You can view the projects you've joined and your total volunteer hours from your profile.

17. How Can I Provide Feedback on a Project?

After a project is completed, you can provide feedback by going to the project page. You can also give your project evaluation by clicking the notification received after the project's completion.

18. How Can I Access the Project Final Report?

After projects are completed, companies and NGOs can track their active project steps through a dedicated panel on the “My Projects” page and access the project final report by clicking the “View Project Report” icon in the corresponding row.
